No Fix - No Fee

My No Fix - No Fee policy means that if I do not possess the necessary technical knowledge or ability to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge is made to you.

If I am able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but am only prevented from doing so by you requesting me not to proceed with the work, then you are charged for my time spent to that point.

If I am able to resolve the problem or effect the repair, but am only prevented from doing so because you do not possess the required software CD-Rom or Product Key, then you are charged for my time spent to that point.

If I provide a clear and precise diagnosis of a failed component and you decide not to proceed with the replacement of the component, then you are charged for my time spent to that point.

The policy does not apply to work related to computer virus or spyware problems.
